எனது நோக்கம்
மனித நாகரிக வளர்ப்பு பண்ணைகளில் ஒன்றான இந்திய திருநாட்டில் ஐஏஎஸ் ஐபிஎஸ் மற்றும் ஐஎப்எஸ் போன்ற மதிப்புயர்ந்த பணிகளுக்கு தகுதி திறமை தன்னம்பிக்கை மிக்க இனவுணர்வும் ஒருமைப்பாட்டுணர்வும் மிக்க இளைஞர்கள் அதிக அளவில் தேர்வு செய்யப்படவேண்டும். அவ்வாறு தேர்வாவதற்கு அவர்களுக்கு இருக்கக்கூடிய சமுதாய மற்றும் பொருளாதார தடைகள் ஒரு பொருட்டாக இருக்க கூடாது.
பொதுவில் பொருளாதாரமே இளைஞர்களின் உணர்வுகளை சிதைக்கும் முக்கிய காரணமாக இருந்து வருகிறது. வாழ்க்கையின் பெரும் பகுதியும் பொருளாதாரத்திற்கான போராட்டத்திலேயே மாணவர்களுக்கு காலம் கழிந்து விடுகிறது. அதுவே அவர்களுக்கு பேரளவு சுமைகளையும் இயந்திரத் தன்மையுடன் கூடிய வாழ்க்கையையும் ஏற்படுத்தி கொடுத்து விடுகிறது இத்தகு சூழலில் இளைஞர்கள் தங்களுக்கும் தங்களது வருங்கால சந்ததிகளுக்கும் பாதுகாப்பையும் மதிப்பையும் தரும் ஐஏஎஸ் ஐபிஎஸ் மற்றும் ஐஎப்எஸ் போன்ற உயர் பதவிகளுக்குச் செல்ல வேண்டும் என்கிற எண்ணம் குறைந்து வருகிறது.
கடுமையாக உழைத்துப் படித்து உயர் பதவிகளை அடைய வேண்டும் என்கிற எண்ணம் கொண்ட தமிழகம் உள்ளிட்ட இந்திய மாணவ – மாணவியருக்கு எவ்வித சாதி சமய பாகுபாடுமின்றி வழிகாட்டவும் தேவையான வசதிகளை செய்து தரவும் “மனிதநேய அறக்கட்டளை” எனும் அமைப்பின் கீழ் முற்றிலும் இலவசமாக சிறப்பான முறையில் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த வசதிகளை பயன்படுத்தி மாணவர்கள் தாங்களும் தங்களது சமுதாயமும் மேன்மையுற பாடுபட வேண்டும்.
இத்தகைய பயிற்சியின் மூலம் நிர்வாக சீர்கேடுகளை களைந்து இந்திய மக்களின் உணர்வுகளுக்கு மதிப்பளித்து மக்கள் நலனை சீர்தூக்கிப் பார்த்து நாட்டின் வறுமையையும் அறியாமையும் போக்கும் அதிகார மையத்திற்கு மாணவர்கள் வரவேண்டும். இப்பதவிகளுக்குத் தேர்ச்சி பெறும் மாணவர்கள் தாம் மக்களுக்கு செய்யும் பணிக்காக பிரதிபலன் கருதாத தன்னலமற்றவர்களாகவும் பணியில் நேர்மையும் மக்கள் பணியில் தூய்மையும் ஏழை எளிய மக்களின் துயர் தீர்க்க அவர்களை தேடி சென்று பணியாற்றும் சேவகர்களாகவும் கனிவு கொண்டவர்களாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
எவ்வித பாகுபாடற்ற இலவசப் பயிற்சி பெரும் மாணவர்கள் லஞ்ச லாவண்யமற்ற ஊழலற்ற நிர்வாக ஆட்சி தூணை வலுவுடையதாக்கி தாங்கள் உயர்ந்த பதவியடைந்த பிறகு தங்களை தேடிவரும் வசதி வாய்ப்பற்ற அடித்தட்டு மக்களை உதாசீனப்படுத்தாமல் தம்மால் இயன்ற உதவிகளை பிரதிபலன் நோக்கமல் மனிதநேய சிந்தனையோடு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதே எனது நோக்கம். வாழ்ந்து காட்டி வழி காட்டு எனும் கொள்கையின் அடிப்படையில் செயல்பட்டு வரும் இம்மையத்தின் கனவுகளும் இதுவே. அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் கூடிய வாழ்வே அனைத்திலும் சிறந்தது உயர்ந்தது.

Students of Manidhanaeyam Free IAS & IPS Coaching Centre to swear by the following declarations
- Having sought to benefit from the free coaching classes for IAS & IPS Examinations conducted by Manidhanaeyam Trust, I declare that I will, during my entire lifetime, look at people with compassion alone and will desist from looking at them on the basis of their caste creed and religion.
- I will deal with the destitute and downtrodden people with love affection and mercy based on the principles of compassion.
- During my service I will not expect any favors from anybody to discharge my duties.
- I am pained by the inhuman attitude of a few officials towards the people and have resolved not to behave like that.
- Content with the fulfillment of my basic needs I will lead a happy and peaceful life with a small family.
- Bad habits are harmful for one’s health and for the society in general. Hence I will desist from those bad habits and advise others also.
- Having been helped by the Manidhanaeyam Trust and benefited from that help, I will help at least 100 other people to come up in life during my lifetime.
- I will to my best to protect the environment and will plant trees and engage in other such activities to reduce the pollution and will educate others about preserving the ecology.
- As the healthy thoughts are the basic factor for every aspect of life I will follow the principles ‘Food is also a Medicine’ and ‘Medicine is also a Food’ and lead others to the principle through my exemplary life.
- I will voluntarily go and help the needy people.
- I will perform my duties fearlessly for the welfare of my country and my countrymen with dedication and would not worry about the threats to my life.
- I will strive to make India a super power and the India population as the most prosperous and happiest one.
